It is a very good Industrial Age Medical facility. However, since I am not an Industrial Age fan and don't eat that food, and it is far from my home, I shall not return. Dr Joseph Finch is a premier 5 star surgeon. The staff are great for kindness and courtesy. The hospital food is standard American diet. However, I'm a keto or even a carnivore diet man. After hip surgery their food was deficient for my healing. My stay there would have been excellent had I had a patient advocate. I couldn't walk due to low blood pressure after surgery. I ate every salt package that came with my (ugh) hospital food after 4 meals my low blood pressure became normal, I could walked, and fled the terrible Industrial Age food. I didn't feel comfortable enough to directly ask for a salt shaker because they believe salt is bad for you. They are half right. It you eat the SAD diet, salt is bad for you. If you exercise, use saunas, swim etc salt is an essential nutrient. The vast majority of the staff are excellent and wonderful people.

I’ve been a patient here for years and never had issues until recently. After losing my insurance and working part-time while caring for my son’s medical needs, I reached out for help with weight management options. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information about medication cost, pickup locations, and membership requirements, which caused multiple unnecessary trips and added stress. When I called to explain my frustration and to get things situated, I felt dismissed by Paula and the front desk staff. Responses such as “you already said this,” “you keep repeating yourself,” “figure out your own options,” and “I don’t know what to tell you” were disappointing and unprofessional. I understand I don’t have insurance but providing guidance would have been helpful especially to someone who has always had insurance up until recently. As a longtime patient, I expected better communication, compassion, and accountability.

I give this clinic 5 Stars . I love Dr. Rabia Bangash as my primary Care provider she explains things to me to where I can understand

I randomly chose this facility after almost 10 years not seeing a doctor because of my very busy schedule as a Tailor. I am very happy with the care Dr. Nooredin Elkosh. He listens and pays attention to every detail and if I compare him with other doctors I had in the past the difference is day and night. He figured out a problem I had for over 15 years right a away while other doctors couldn’t. He made me take care of my self, I lost close to 20 lbs in the past few months because he made me feel cared for. Thank you Doctor !

I am giving this office 5 stars based on my initial interaction with office staff including the practice manager. I have struggled with receiving adequate care with my new insurance. This office took the time to listen, thankfully. They were compassionate to my past experience with other doctors, current illness and essentially just made things work. Creating an appointment was easy through the Beaumont scheduling tool. I am excited this office does things more digitally and uses the Epic platform allowing me to keep better health records. I should make it clear that I have not experienced the staff in-person only via the phone. So my overall review may change once I have my first appointment. However, if this is any indication to level of care I will receive I will be a much happier patient. Post visit; the staff was great. Handled my referrals promptly making it easy for me to schedule appointments. I saw them make sure patients didn’t wait when it was their turn to check out. I was pleased with the overall experience.
